Your housing charge cheques have run out!! New cheques are due in the office no later than May 25, dated for June 1. We strongly encourage post dated cheques.
2 bedroom $837.00 + 8 to update the last month’s deposit = $845.00
3 bedroom $936.00 + 9 to update the last month’s deposit = $945.00
3 bedroom $1,036.00 + 10 to update the last month’s deposit = $1,046.00
GARBAGE BIN AT BOTTOM OF 235
We have a second bin at the bottom of 235 for your furniture, etc. I was disappointed that people put household garbage (in green bags) and empty cardboard boxes in the bin and left a lot of stuff outside the bin.
PLEASE MAKE SURE METAL ITEMS GO ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BIN. NO HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE. NO RECYCLABLES. NO DANGEROUS CHEMICALS.
The bin will be removed on Monday, April 30.
If you have not yet had your taxes done and are considered a lower income earner, we have a free service to do your taxes, provided by a member. Call the office for an afternoon appointment for next week.
