SPEEDING IN THE CO-OP

            More speed bumps have been ordered and will be installed starting next week.

            It is our responsibility to make sure wedon’t drive too fast.  Every day on every street people drive too fast.  Members, adult kids and visitors as well as delivery people.  It is our responsibility to make sure everyone slows down for the safety of children and adults.

 

WASTE BIN

            We have ordered a waste bin and you can put your garbage in it Friday, April 28.

            It will be at the bottom of 235.

            NO FOOD, NO CHEMICALS, NO TIRES.

            Metal items can be put on the grassy area around the bin.

            NO GARBAGE FROM PEOPLE OUTSIDE THE CO-OP.

            REMEMBER – MOST OF WHAT YOU WILL PUT IN THE DUMPSTER CAN GO OUt FOR GREY BIN WEEK FOR REGULAR GARBAGE PICK UP.  That would mean you could out furniture type items in regular garbage on April 25.

 

            FIRST COME …… FIRST TO GET A SPOT IN THE BIN.  IF THE BIN IS FULL, TAKE YOUR STUFF HOME.

 

FLOWER GARDENS AT THE ENTRANCE OF EACH STREET

                245 has already had volunteers come forward to take care of the flower box.    Thank you.

                If you are on any other street and would volunteer for the garden, please come forward.  Thanks.

 

Hot water tanks – if your tank is over 10 years old please call Enercare to change your tank.

 

FENCING – WE ARE MOVING FORWARD IN REPLACING MORE FENCING.  We will discuss this with the maintenance committee and provide you with an update.

INSPECTIONS – the inspection committee planned to start inspections in the spring.  Get ready!

A REMINDER – any ‘improvements’ you wish to make to your unit must be approved by the maintenance committee. Please submit the request to the office.
