I am told that garbage pick up will be EARLY in the morning from now on. Make sure you have your bins out before 7:00 a.m. if you want your garbage picked up.
Due to unforeseen funding, we have the opportunity to offer housing to lower income families.
THIS IS FOR FAMILIES WHO LIVE HERE ONLY AND MAY
WISH TO APPLY FOR SUBSIDY OR FOR HOUSING
Starting Monday, February 5, 9:00 a.m., we will open the list for low income families. That means, they would make less than $40,000.00 per household to qualify for subsidy.
INTERNAL FAMILIES ONLY – subsidy only
Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors – We are finding that some houses have removed the smoke alarm(s) and/or carbon monoxide detector.
It is the law that you have one detector on each level of the house. The Co-op has supplied those in each unit.
It is also the law that you have a carbon monoxide detector in the house and the Co-op has also supplied that.
Please make sure they are installed and working. Make sure they have batteries, if necessary. Call or message the office if you have a question or concern.
