Hydro work is finished at Neilson Creek. I understand that some members have been left with holes in the drywall in their garage. If this is so with your unit, please let me know immediately. I have asked the company to come in and patch where there are holes. You must let me know by THIS WEDNESDAY if there is a hole or missing drywall in your garage.

A number of years ago the signage on Manse Road changed for parking. Melanie has checked it out and apparently the signage on the street does not match the actual Toronto by-law. She is following up on this and will get to you.
This has again arisen because of the mess of parking at Joseph Brant School in the morning and afternoon and following the death of another child outside of their school.
If you wish to have Toronto Police attend to the parking issues at the school, you must either complete a Community Policing Complaint Form (available at the office) or contact them at

On Wednesday, January 24 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., there is an open meeting at the office for those who wish to have pre-budget input. Bring any ideas you may wish to present concerning the budget.
