4 bedroom – $1,073.00
Also, please remember that everyone needs to update your last month’s housing charge on deposit by $37.00 and pay your garbage bill. Thank you.

The Annual Spring Clean Up is Saturday, May 11. All members are expected to participate.
In the week following the clean up, we need volunteers to help clean the outside air conditioning units. No special skill is needed. You will be spraying a cleaning detergent on the unit and hosing it off with water. Please call the office to volunteer.
Fencing will start as soon as the Call Before You Dig people complete their work.
Units 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 and 67, 69, 71, 73, 75, 77, 79 – prepare and clean your back yards for the work to begin. All fencing will be removed from those yards and replaced. If you have flower beds built up, please dig them away from the fence. Same goes for decks – they cannot be attached to the fence.
Please clean up dog doo and place all your items out of the way of workers. Thanks
Please note: If adults (even children who are adults) are in your house and not members, you must request guest status from the Board. Please send a letter to the Board indicating the name of the person and ask for guest status.
DOG POOP
I continue to get complaints about dog poop particularly along the path from 215 to 235. Please, be considerate and pick up.
